What's New At American Girl!

I know summer holidays are over but do you know what that means?  New releases at American Girl!  Over the past couple weeks AG has been releasing a whole bunch of new stuff.  I am going to show you some of my favourite new releases in no particular order.

1. Truly Me #65-She is one of the only Truly Me's that have this shade of red hair colour.

2. Gourmet Kitchen Set-It actually looks like a real life kitchen.

3. Blender And Milkshake Set-When it's a warm day, my dolls can cool off with a milkshake made from the blender.

4. Gold And Sparkle Outfit-I love all the shiny gold sparkles on the shirt.

5. Julie's New Years Eve Outfit-With the floral jumpsuit, purple leggings and purple heels, who dosen't like this outfit?

6. Waffle Breakfast Set-The pink waffle maker makes heart shape waffles.

7. Holiday Penguin PJ's-The shirt reminds me of my brothers hockey jersey, number 10 all the way.

8. Maryellen's Refrigerator And Food Set-The refrigerator goes great with the kitchen set.

9. Maryellen's Holiday Cookie Set-I love all the different types of cookie shapes you can create.

10. Ombre Ballet Outfit-The ocean blue shade on the ballet uniform is so beautiful.

American Girl Doll Melody Debut

I have some exciting news for all you American Girl fans!  Melody Ellison will be available for purchase on AG's website and will be in stores today - Thursday, August 25!  Melody is from Detroit, Michigan so AG debuted her on August 8th at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History located in Detroit.  I have included 2 real images of the doll that I actually got to visit in store today - the first one is Melody with her meet outfit and accessories with her dog Bo and the second one is Melody singing her tunes in her fancy floral dress and hair extensions from her hairstyling set.
